MCA Youth Appreciation Mass

Every year the Pontifical Mission Society’s, Missionary Childhood Association, hosts a mass for its members at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels during the month of October. This year, the MCA Mass will take place on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
During the mass we recognize and thank the children for their missionary efforts. Encouraging them to always reflect the light of Christ in the world by answering their call to mission starting at home. As October is the month of the Missions, this mass always takes place the week before World Mission Sunday.
Please note: Students and Catholic schools have priority for this Mass. Others are invited to join and pray for the children of our Archdiocese of Los Angeles via livestream on the MCA Mass page or Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels website.
