“One in Christ, United in Mission”
– Theme for Missionary Childhood Association Mass 2026
The annual Missionary Childhood Association (MCA) Mass will take place at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 1p.m.
The Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ Mission Office hosts the annual liturgy to celebrate the contributions by local youth to help underserved children of the world. During the mass we recognize and thank the children for their missionary efforts. Encouraging them to always reflect the light of Christ in the world by answering their call to mission starting at home. As October is the month of the Missions, this mass always takes place the week before World Mission Sunday. The principal celebrant will be Archbishop Jose Gomez.
More information will be available soon. School principals are encouraged to RSVP here.
