‘Grief and Self Care’ Zoom Presentation

The Separated, Divorced & Widowed Ministry from the Office of Marriage and Family Life invites you to join a FREE presentation titled “Grief and Self Care” on September 18th from 7pm-8:3opm. 

Grief is a natural response to loss. It’s the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. You naturally want to understand what happened and, more importantly, how to move forward with joy, purpose, and meaning. You can! This workshop explores Godly and psychologically sound principles for taking those steps toward healing. Our speaker for this presentation will be Joe Sikorra.
