The Religious Education Congress, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Office of Religious Education, is the nation’s largest annual gathering of Roman Catholics!
This year’s RECongress, “Proclaim the Promise!” will be virtual! COVID-19 has changed many of the traditional ways of gathering; we are finding new and creative ways of sharing the Gospel. While RE Congress will look differently, we are committed to offering the high-quality event our attendees have come to expect: a vibrant multicultural faith community, diverse prayer expressions, art, workshops, music and liturgies. We will fuel the passion to love God and serve the needs of our world.
Young people from throughout the Archdiocese have been gathering virtually to plan the 2021 Youth Track. The young people are excited to share with their peers stories, music, and prayer experiences of how God keeps His Covenant with His people no matter the chaos in our world. Join us for an experience like never before: Thursday, February 18-Sunday, February 21, 2021!
It is a day planned by young people, for young people. Young people will have the opportunity to experience speakers, exhibits, music, liturgy and prayer that invite them deeper into their relationship with Christ. Young people will leave inspired and challenged to live as missionary disciples in their homes, schools, parishes and communities.
Our Youth Track will be a “LIVE” block of time from 2:30pm-5:00pm on Friday and Saturday. The content will be available On Demand once these Tracks have originally aired.
The registration fee of $35.00 covers your admission to the entire virtual event including exhibits, concerts, liturgies, Sacred Space, Keynote Address, and ALL workshops.
