Title: Missionary Think Tank Process
Presenter: Julianne Stanz, Director of Parish Life and Evangelization from the Diocese of Green Bay.
Join Julianne Stanz, Director of Parish Life and Evangelization from the Diocese of Green Bay as she leads us through a “missionary innovation process.” This session will allow you to learn how to conduct a missionary “think tank” for your ministry and harness the power of new ideas and innovative thinking, which is more important than ever.
The Nielsen Norman Group defines ideation as “the process of generating a broad set of ideas on a given topic, with no attempt to judge or evaluate them.” In this ideation phase, we will outline and explore as many ideas as possible rooted in our prayer and mission. We will call upon the Holy Spirit to help us to uncover, recover and discover new ways of thinking and being.
What is the aim?
During this process, the focus is on quantity of ideas rather than quality. The main aim of an ideation session is to uncover and explore new angles and avenues – to think outside the box.
