The Archdiocese of Los Angeles is a tapestry of many peoples and cultures with a common thread joining us as one: one mission to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and one Catholic faith to be believed, celebrated, and lived. One Mission One Faith is a basic ministry formation process for anyone who serves in the life of the Church.

The goal of One Mission One Faith is growth as a missionary disciple of Jesus Christ and formation as a parish minister. Participants will ground their ministry in a deeper understanding and intentional living of their Catholic faith. Participants can earn a certification from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles (Certification-Track), or they can participate simply for their ongoing development (Enrichment-Track).

One Mission One Faith – OMOF consists of five units, each unit is structured with two to seven sessions. There are two Zoom Live 3hr sessions and 6 Zoom Live integration sessions. Online sessions run for one week each and are asynchronous, meaning you can complete the work at any time during the week according to the schedule you set for yourself. At the beginning of the online formation a Zoom Live orientation will be offered.
