Description
St. Anthony School is seeking a candidate for the after-school supervision program. This is a part-time position 3.5 hours per day (Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 5:30 pm and Wednesday: 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Punctuality is essential. The candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Supervision and management of students after school, helping students as needed, assisting students with homework, communicating with the Vice Principal, and/or Principal about the student’s behavior and maintaining records of attendance.
- Ensure students’ safety by following school policies and procedures
Requirements
Required:
- A professional, positive, and engaging demeanor
- A lived Catholic faith
- Experience working in an elementary school setting supervising children
Other Requirements:
- Virtus training (will be provided).
- Strong communication skills.
- Patience and empathy.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
