The Church business manager is responsible for the following:
- Accounting
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting
- Annual Report
- Contracts/Agreements
- Participate in Parish Finance Council meetings
- Oversee Bookkeeper
- Monitor money handling procedures/cash counting
- Payroll
- Insurance
- Taxes and Compliance
- Stewardship/Fundraising
- Oversee maintenance supervisor
- Routine maintenance, repairs, supplies
- Oversee facility scheduling/usage
- Construction Projects
- Video Surveillance
- Security
- Oversee technology/Equipment
- Master calendar
- Volunteer management
- Canonical record keeping and archiving
- Records retention
- Compliance
- Virtus/Safe Environment
- Collaborate with School Principal and Preschool Director, where applicable
- Assist ministries
- Attends parish and archdiocesan meetings and training as appropriate
- Perform special assignments related to job-specific responsibilities

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
