Description
We are seeking a faith filled, passionate, and dedicated 5th and 6th grade teacher to join our School Family and Faith community.
The ideal candidate will create an engaging, faith-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and a joy for learning, while preparing students with a strong foundation in both faith and academics. This position is for a homeroom teacher of a combined 5th and 6th grade classroom and will involve close collaboration with the 8th grade teacher, who teaches Math.
Requirements
- Willingness to service in a Faith Community.
- Understanding of Catholic education values and mission
- Strong classroom management with nurturing structure and creativity
- Bachelor’s degree required; teaching credential/experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable with using technology
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
