As a Middle School Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging lessons across core subjects, including Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Religion, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic lesson plans that align with state standards and the school’s curriculum, ensuring students stay motivated and challenged.
- Foster a welcoming classroom environment where all students feel safe, respected, and encouraged to reach their potential.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students, ensuring no one is left behind.
- Incorporate technology and resources to enhance instruction and drive student engagement.
- Track and evaluate student progress, maintaining comprehensive records of attendance, grades, and assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress, goals, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, share best practices, and support each other’s growth as educators.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that reflects values such as empathy, respect, and understanding, encouraging students to develop both academically and morally.
- Incorporate principles of faith and character development, where appropriate, to inspire students to lead lives guided by integrity and compassion.

Requirements
We’re looking for an exceptional educator who meets the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Active CA Teaching Certification or License
- Prior experience teaching middle school students (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of core subjects and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and families
- A genuine passion for helping middle school students grow academically, socially, and emotionally

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
