Mary Immaculate School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard working teacher for a full time middle school math and science position for the 2025-2026 school year.
The ideal candidate will:
- possess excellent classroom management skills
- promote effective collaboration between administration, staff, students, and families
- possess the ability to make thoughtful and informed decisions
- is familiar with Google Classroom and technology
- is a team player and understands the importance of collaboration
- is energetic, compassionate, professional, and passionate about teaching
- possess strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- possess the ability to develop and foster positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, and administration
- be able to supervise students effectively
- be able to develop effective classroom procedures and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- practicing Catholic
- VIRTUS certified and fingerprinted
- be working towards or have completed a CA teaching credential
- effective classroom management skills
- middle school teaching experience preferred
- resume, cover letter and two letters of recommendation
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
