About Us:
Santa Clara High School is a small, close-knit Catholic high school committed to providing an excellent education rooted in FAITH, FAMILY and TRADITION. We are seeking a maintenance Manager to join our team.
The Maintenance Manager shall be in charge of regular maintenance of the campus.
- Upkeeps and manages all buildings, the cleanliness of all buildings and corridors on campus.
- Cares for the entire campus property.
- Repairs the school buildings, classrooms and grounds.assists in the identification and resolution of plant maintenance problems.
- Is responsible to the Principal for approval of all plant enhancements.
- Provides the faculty with a process of reporting maintenance concerns.
- Supervises and works with the Landscaper and night cleaning crew
- Provides for the general maintenance of the plant facility, making recommendations for major repairs where needed and handling minor repairs on a priority basis.
- Assists with the financial control of the school in supervising the account expenditures of utilities, buildings and maintenance.
- Maintains an inventory of all school equipment.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the Principal.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
