Description
St. Raphael School is seeking a faith-filled, dedicated, and innovated teacher who is zealous to inspire and empower students. Candidate must have knowledge of:
- Design and execute daily lessons that foster curriculum content attainable to students.
- Communicate with students, parents, faculty, staff, and administrator with professionalism and respect regarding school matters
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrator, and other shareholders
- Use formative, summative, or standardize data to modify lessons and identify students’ needs
- Incorporate the use of technology to enhance student understanding
- Has excellent class management skills
- Is highly energetic and has a positive mindset
- Is a good Catholic role model
Requirements
- 3-5 years classroom experience preferred
- Teaching credential
- Practicing Catholic
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
