Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students’ academic growth
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a productive learning experience
- Provide individualized support to students with special education needs
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in teaching Language Arts at various educational levels
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Practicing Catholic preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
