Description
Saint Paschal Baylon School is looking for a classroom Instructional Aide at the Primary Level (K-2), for the coming 2024-2025 school year. Instructional Aides work hand-in-hand with the Lead teacher to provide instructional support to all the students in the classroom, as well as support the Lead Teacher in the operation of the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to get into the field of education, or really enjoys working with children. Some recess/lunch supervision will also be required. Applicants for this position must be good communicators, organized, a team player, have a strong desire to work in a faith-based community, and the ability to help create a nurturing classroom environment. Requirements
Minimum Completed Associates Degree or in Progress of a Bachelors Degree
Once hired, candidates must also complete the ADLA Virtus training & ADLA Livescan
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
