Description

  • Create and implement comprehensive soccer training programs that promote individual skill development and teamwork.
  • Plan and organize practice sessions that optimize time, resources, and player potential.
  • Provide expert technical and tactical coaching during games to maximize player performance and team success.
  • Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Manage team logistics, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and equipment, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall athletic program and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes at all times, including implementing appropriate safety protocols and responding to injuries.
  • Champion sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among athletes to promote a positive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration to ensure a positive program experience and meet program goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Head Soccer Coach or assistant coach is highly desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
