Description
We are seeking a joyful, faith-filled, and dedicated 4th Grade Homeroom Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming classroom community while delivering strong foundational instruction in literacy, math, religion, and other core subjects.
- Lead a self-contained 4th grade classroom
- Plan and implement standards-based lessons in reading, writing, math, religion, social studies, and science
- Foster a nurturing environment where students feel safe, valued, and supported
- Incorporate Catholic values, prayer, and faith development into daily instruction
- Assess and monitor student learning and provide differentiated support
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student growth and classroom activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and professional development

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Teaching Credential preferred)
- Experience working with early elementary students
- Practicing Catholic preferred; commitment to Catholic values required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to creating a positive, faith-based learning experience for young children
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
