Description
Supervise students in the Nativity After-school Program.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the safety of all students.
- Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Manage student behavior conflicts.
- Help students with homework assignments.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and other staff members.
- Be a role model Catholic Christian.
Start date is approximately August 18, 2025. The school year ends on June 12, 2026. Hours per week range from 8 to 15 hours per week.
Requirements
- Candidates with a college degree in Childhood Education or similar are preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Prior, exemplary work experience with children ages 4 to 13 years old is preferred.
- Must be Virtus certified or become certified prior to start date.
- Must be fingerprinted through the ADLA prior to start date.
- Must have CPR certification or receive training prior to start date.
- Must be a practicing Catholic.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
