The Office of Life, Justice and Peace and Sacred Sorrows invites all parish leaders to a webinar titled: “The Deepest Sorrow: Discovering New Ways to Bring Comfort and Hope to a Grieving Mother” on Thursday, July 27th from 6:30pm-8pm.
Do you ever wonder what more you can do for the bereaved mothers and grandmothers in your care? Sacred Sorrows is a ministry founded by a spiritually inspired grieving mother to help spiritually devastated grieving mothers encounter the mystery of grace. Learn new ways to offer immediate and practical help on this journey that never ends.
Ms. Rita Morton is the co-founder of Sacred Sorrows, a Catholic organization that exists to help bereaved mothers and grandmothers integrate their deep grief through the mystery of grace. She is also the co-Founder of Magis Women. After losing her son in June 2019, Rita felt called to utilize over 20 years of experience in retreat planning and women’s ministry (and her career as a business professional) to bring forth Sacred Sorrows.
