This two-hour workshop will present a practical method to share faith with a comprehensive approach in faith formation, ministry, and daily Christian life. The Directory for Catechesis 2020 and Pope Francis exhortations are true lenses to renew the way we do ministry. The Emmaus story and the steps to share Christian faith helps us to understand how to meet people where 
they are and accompany them to meet Christ in the nitty gritty of their lives.
Presenter: Douglas Leal, MA in Pastoral Ministry – Vice President of Mission Integration
Douglas Leal serves as Vice President of Mission Integration with Providence St. Joseph Health in California. Previously, he was Director of the Division of Adult Faith Formation with the Office of Religious Education of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. He is the author of the skill-building book for lectors, Stop Reading and Start Proclaiming! and holds an MA from the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry. www.douglasleal.com
