In November 2018, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops approved a new pastoral letter against racism, Open Wide Our Hearts: The Enduring Call to Love. This letter invites all people of faith to conversion. We are called to open our minds and hearts to Christ’s love for all people and to the experiences of those who have been harmed by the evil of racism.
Archdiocese of Los Angeles Youth Ministry Division and Young Adult Ministry invite you to join us for a 4 week discussion series as we break open the “Open Wide Our Hearts” Pastoral Letter. Come and spend time in prayer and discussion as we discern and wrestle with the need for transformation of our understanding of true life, charity, and justice.
Discussion Series will take place on: July 8, 15, 22, & 29, 2020
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm
