Message of His Holiness Pope Francis for the 32nd World Day of the Sick

The Order of Malta invites you to a bilingual (English/SpanishMass & Anointing of the Sick in observance of World Day of the Sick 2024 and The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. Before the Mass, we invite you to pray the Rosary at 12pm. Through anointing, the grace of the Holy Spirit comforts and strengthens the soul of the sick person.

His Excellency Archbishop Jose H. Gomez will preside at the Mass and anointing.

Mass will include:

  • Anointing of the Sick
  • Blessing of Caregiver Hands
  • Blessing with Lourdes Water
