One Mother, Many Peoples Mass 2023

In 1781, ten years after the founding of Mission San Gabriel Arcángel, the city of Los Angeles was founded under the patronage of Our Lady of the Angels. She remains the Mother of the diverse family of God in Los Angeles.

Thank you for joining us on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. Archbishop Gomez and representatives of the many cultures, papal orders, and fraternal service orders prayed for peace and unity through the intercession of Our Lady of the Angels, the patroness of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
