Lenten Retreat

For Chaplains, Healthcare Professionals and Those Seeking Enrichment

Journey Through Lent

On Saturday, February 20, 2021, the Office of Life, Justice and Peace hosted a zoom online retreat to begin our Journey Through Lent. This Zoom Online Retreat consisted of three reflections, each followed by quiet time for personal meditation and a closing prayer service. Our retreat directors, Fr. Chris Cartwright, S.J. and Chaplain Frederico Gianelli, S.J. guided us with components of Ignatian Spirituality to discern the following:

  • Where we are spiritually
  • What are we carrying
  • What gives us life
  • What gives us peace
  • What are we called to do during this 2021 Lenten Journey
