Join Our Mission
St. Genevieve Schools is seeking Tuition Manager to support our school community.
Responsibilities
- Manage tuition accounts and payment plans for school families.
- Process and record tuition payments accurately and confidentially.
- Monitor account balances and follow up regarding outstanding tuition obligations.
- Assist families with tuition agreements, payment options, and account inquiries.
- Prepare financial and tuition reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Collaborate with the Admissions, Business Office, and Leadership team.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tuition management, preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Armenian is a plus.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
