Position Overview
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School, a ministry of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, is seeking a faith-filled, mission-driven leader to serve as Principal of our vibrant TK–8 learning community.
In collaboration with the Pastor and parish team, the Principal serves as the educational and spiritual leader of the school, responsible for fostering a strong Catholic identity while ensuring a rigorous and high-quality academic program that prepares students for lifelong learning and success. Our mission is to encourage the students to become confident, committed, self-disciplined, life-long Christians whose responsible participation in Church and society will reflect their reverence for God and for all creation.
Working in partnership with parents as the primary educators of their children, the Principal will guide a school community committed to academic excellence, faith formation, and the development of the whole child. The Principal will lead faculty in delivering strong instruction, using student performance data to support continuous improvement, and maintaining the high academic standards that are central to the Catholic school tradition.
Through strong instructional leadership and collaboration with teachers and families, the Principal will cultivate a culture where students are challenged to achieve their full potential, develop a passion for learning, and grow into thoughtful, responsible leaders who live out Gospel values in their daily lives.

- Ensures students are seen as people whose intellectual growth is harmonized with spiritual, religious, emotional, and social development.
- Develops, implements, and oversees academic, co-curricular, faith-formation, and service/ministry programs to educate the whole child.
Requirements
- Practicing Catholic
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience OR 3 years working at a non-profit organization in a leadership role
- Earned Master’s Degree OR State Approved Teaching Credential
- Catechetical Certification to be completed by the first two years of leadership
This leadership is an on-site and in-person position .

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Please submit your application by Monday, March 30, 2026. The selected candidate must pass an employment background check and all required training and certifications.
$71,882 – $104,922; Compensation commensurate with level of experience, relevant professional certifications, and/or degrees earned. The Archdiocese of Los Angeles offers health benefits including medical, dental, and vision and all employees are enrolled in pension benefits from the time of employment and considered vested after five years of full-time employment.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
