Description
Corpus Christi School is looking to hire a Spanish Teacher for Grades K-8 for the current 2023-2024 school year. We are seeking a tech-savvy, energetic and creative teacher, who is able to plan and implement engaging lessons, including both Spanish language and Hispanic cultural curriculum at all grade levels, K-8. The candidate must maintain ongoing written and verbal communication with parents, students, and faculty as needed. The ideal candidate will promote values and morals as prescribed by the Catholic Faith. Note: Teacher should be available to start immediately.
Requirements
Minimum-Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Spanish Language or a related field from an accredited university, and have previous classroom teaching/management experience. Ideally-Possess a teaching credential and/or Master’s from an accredited university (or be currently enrolled in a Master’s and/or credential program). The candidate also needs to have the capability to implement technology in support of the curriculum; and to exemplify the mission of Corpus Christi School.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
