Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Spanish teacher for students in grades TK–8 for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will create engaging language lessons while fostering a love of culture and communication in a faith-filled learning environment.
Ideal Candidates Will
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching Spanish and working with children
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success
- Integrate Catholic values into their teaching and professional conduct
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field
- Prior teaching experience preferred, especially with elementary or middle school students
- Familiarity with Catholic education or willingness to support the school’s mission
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Part-time availability during regular school hours

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
