St. Maria Goretti Catholic School is seeking a friendly, organized, and mission-driven School Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to the front office—serving as a welcoming presence for families and visitors, while supporting the daily operations of the school.
This position is part-time (25 hours per week) and plays a key role in supporting the principal, faculty, and students by managing administrative tasks, communication, and school procedures efficiently and with care.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in office administration or a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Must complete VIRTUS/Safe Environment training and background check prior to employment.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
