Description
Our Lady of Victory School is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Develops and implements engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Analyzes student data and monitors academic progress
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with administration, faculty, staff, parents, and students
- Supports and upholds the teachings and values of the Catholic Church
- Skilled in classroom management and fostering a nurturing learning environment
- Communicates standards-based early elementary instruction through submission of weekly lesson plans
- Proficient with educational technology
- Professional in written and verbal communication
Requirements
- California State Credential or valid Early Childhood Permit
- At least 12 units in Early Childhood Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Virtus-trained and fingerprinted through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
