Description
St. Anastasia Parish is looking to fill a position for a part- time maintenance and facility worker. This person would be responsible for the overall maintenance of the facilities including the Church, Parish office and Rectory on weekdays and weekends. The maintenance personnel will work in conjunction with Parish Staff and professional trades people to ensure the facilities are well maintained and kept in safe and orderly conditions at all times.

Requirements
- General maintenance knowledge.
- Familiar with cleaning and janitorial products specifically for flooring and church interiors.
- General handy person knowledge is required.
- A general willingness to problem solve and create a safe and clean parish environment is a must.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork is a plus.
- Fingerprinting and Virtus training is a must.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
