Description Provides routine secretarial and administrative assistance to pastoral staff, including appointments, correspondence, and filing, document preparation, photocopying and proofreading. Provides information associated with sacraments and ministries courteously and in a polite manner, greets visitors and answers telephone; takes messages and replies to questions in accordance with general instructions. Operates computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software, coordinating ministries and facilities scheduling. Gathers and compiles information as requested. Prepares sacramental certificates and documents and keeps sacramental records in accordance with Archdiocesan standards. Manages stewardship data from offertory proving parishioners information as needed, Maintains file systems. Manages offices supplies inventory and purchases. Oversees and updates Virtus Files and VPIN archive. Oversees ongoing maintenance of office equipment.
