Description
The 4th & 5th Grade Multiage Classroom Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, academically rigorous, faith-filled learning environment that meets the individual needs of students across two grade levels.
The teacher will provide differentiated instruction aligned with 4th- and 5th-grade standards while building a unified classroom community. Although students learn together in a multi-age setting, instruction, assignments, assessments, and academic expectations must reflect each student’s appropriate grade level and individual learning needs.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
