We are a small Catholic school seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic educator to join our team as a Middle School Teacher for English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Religion. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach middle school courses in English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Religion.
- Create engaging, rigorous, and faith-centered lessons that meet the academic and spiritual needs of students.
- Inspire students to grow intellectually, morally, and socially.
- Serve as a positive role model and leader for middle school students.
- Build strong partnerships with parents through open communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Foster a classroom culture rooted in respect, responsibility, and Catholic values.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the evolving needs of students and the school community.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; teaching credential preferred.
- Experience teaching middle school students preferred.
- Comfortable teaching Catholic religion curriculum and supporting the faith mission of the school.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for working with adolescents and helping them thrive.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
