Description
The School of Santa Isabel is seeking a qualified and dedicated Middle School Teacher to teach Math and Science for grades 6th through 8th with the possibility of teaching one ELA (English Language Art) class.
The school is committed to providing a quality Catholic Education in a supportive and faith filled environment. Emphasizing that Christ is at the center of ALL our activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) required, teaching credential preferred.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively teach middle school students and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of technology including: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace( Google Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Support the school’s mission, philosophy and values.
- Teach Math and Science courses to middle school students.
- Implement engaging and effective instructional strategies.
- Monitor student’s progress and communicate with parents and students regularly.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, Sunday masses, occasional church events, and professional development.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
