Incarnation Parish School is a Pre-K to 8th elementary school serving the parishioners of Incarnation Church, the City of Glendale, and the foothill communities.
Incarnation Parish School is seeking a dedicated and experienced middle school math teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
Incarnation’s mission is to provide a challenging education centered in the Catholic faith with high expectations in character formation, academic achievement, moral development, and positive relationships with others through faith, excellence, and community.
The ideal candidate shares the school’s mission and core beliefs; utilizes core instructional practices to implement a rigorous standardized curriculum; reflects on formative and summative data to guide instruction and student supports; effectively communicates with parents and collaborates with teachers and administrators; creatively integrates technology into the curriculum; and is dedicated to the pastoral values and evangelical mission of the Church.
The middle school (6th-8th grades) math teacher at Incarnation is primarily responsible for facilitating learning in 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Math and Algebra 1, as well as performing homeroom responsibilities. The math teacher is expected to work collaboratively with the entire middle school team as well as other teachers to ensure students’ learning needs are met.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Teaching Credential
Elementary/Middle School Experience and Master’s Degree (preferred)
Completed Catechetical Certification (preferred)
Working knowledge of Gradelink, STAR, Google Workspace for Education (preferred)
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
