St. John Chrysostom Catholic School is looking for a dynamic, dedicated, faith-filled educator to join our school community for the 2026-2027 School Year. This educator would be able to plan, organize, and implement a standards-based program in a Catholic learning environment. The teacher should be knowledgeable about the use of technology. Open communication with administration, students, parents, and colleagues is essential.
Key responsibilities include teaching, classroom management, and supporting students and school culture. The educator will ensure academic responsibility for the academic progress of all students. Classroom management should include creating, monitoring, and sustaining high academic and behavioral standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
BA in education or a related field.
Preferred:
3-5 years of teaching experience or working with children.
Credentialed or open to studies for credentialing.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
