Description

A Salesian Educator will promote academic excellence in Math and support the faith development of young men in a private, Catholic secondary school setting. A Salesian Educator must work in collaboration with parents, students, teachers, administration, and community in order to promote student success while accompanying the young men in their overall development and formation mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Algebra I & II, Precalculus, or AP Calculus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major or minor in math or related field of study.
  • Preferred at least two years of experience as a math teacher in a comprehensive high school setting.
  • Should have a relentless focus on ensuring all students are successful in meeting learning targets.
  • Knowledge of and advocacy for the mission of Catholic Education.
  • Algebra I & II, Precalculus, or AP Calculus

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
