Description
Louisville High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Coach for Girls Beach Volleyball. The ideal candidate will lead and grow a competitive program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Candidates should have strong knowledge of beach volleyball skills, pairs strategy, and athlete motivation, supported by prior coaching experience. Current club or beach volleyball coaching experience is strongly preferred. This is a seasonal position running from January through April

Requirements
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of beach volleyball
- Previous coaching experience at the high school level or other relevant coaching experience
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with athletic administrators, parents, and students
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with student-athletes
Sound judgment, effective problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
The anticipated pay range that the school reasonably expects to pay for this job is between $6,000 – $7,000, depending on qualifications such as experience or education.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
