Our wonderful Catholic elementary school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team of faith-filled educators. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to academic excellence, passionate about student learning, and eager to contribute to a supportive and collaborative school community.
The ideal candidate will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes academic growth, fosters a love of learning, and supports the spiritual development of each student. Candidates should be comfortable differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and implementing engaging, standards-based lessons.

- Demonstrates strong classroom management and organizational skills.

- Will actively engage in the life and community of our parish school.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- VIRTUS trained and fingerprinted (or willing to complete requirements upon hire).
- Prior teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Committed to Catholic education and the mission of the school.
- Proficient with educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Demonstrates an understanding of and ability to effectively implement Common Core State Standards through engaging, standards-based instruction.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
