St. Anthony School is seeking a faith-filled, dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our Catholic school community. Our mission is to nurture the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of every child while forming students in faith, knowledge, and service. The ideal candidate will be committed to Catholic education and passionate about guiding students to grow both intellectually and spiritually within a supportive and Christ-centered environment.
The Elementary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging instruction across core subject areas including English language arts, mathematics, religion, social studies, and science. This educator will foster a classroom atmosphere rooted in Catholic values, encouraging students to develop strong character, critical thinking skills, and a love of learning. The teacher will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and families to support the whole child and contribute positively to the faith life and mission of the school.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver meaningful, engaging lessons that promote academic excellence and encourage curiosity, reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Integrate Catholic teachings, values, and traditions into daily classroom life and instruction.
- Foster a respectful, faith-centered classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
- Support students’ spiritual formation by modeling Christian values and serving as a positive Catholic role model.
- Assess and monitor student progress to support continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and families to support student success and strengthen the school community.
- Participate in the spiritual and community life of the school, including school Masses, prayer, and faith-based activities.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid teaching credential or currently working toward certification.
- A strong commitment to the mission and philosophy of Catholic education.
- Passion for teaching elementary students and fostering their academic confidence and spiritual growth.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to integrate faith and learning in meaningful ways.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
