Description
St. John Chrysostom School is seeking a dedicated and committed teacher to join our team of enthusiastic, faith-filled educators for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence and fostering a strong Catholic learning environment.
The teacher will be responsible for teaching all core subjects and supporting the spiritual, academic, and social development of our students while upholding the mission and values of Catholic education.

- Are collaborative team players who work effectively with faculty, staff, and parents
- Are willing to actively engage in the life and community of our parish school
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- CA Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential (or in the process of completing it).
- Prior teacher experience in elementary/ middle grades preferred
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
