Responsibilities:
-Follow the school schedule
Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 3:00 pm
Friday 7:30 – 1:00 pm
- Implement and follow lesson plans prepared by the classroom teacher.
- Create a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment that reflects Catholic values and the mission of the school.
- Supervise and support students in all aspects of the school day, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student learning and success.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of various grade levels and subjects.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and other required documentation.
- Uphold school policies, procedures, and expectations for student behavior and academic integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Experience in an elementary school setting preferred
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain continuity of instruction.
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and faith-filled learning environment.
- Demonstrated alignment with and respect for Catholic teachings and values.
- VIRTUS Trained and Fingerprinted
- Proficient with educational technology

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
