Description
St. Mel School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated educator to plan, organize, and implement a standards-based instructional program within a learning environment grounded in Gospel values. The ideal candidate is proficient in the use of iPads and capable of teaching multiple subjects, including religion. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. The teacher will also be responsible for fostering, monitoring, and sustaining a structured school culture that upholds high behavioral expectations.

Requirements
- Practicing Catholic
- Bachelor’s degree, teaching credential
- Knowledge of content standards
- Teaching experience and background
- Ability to incorporate technology into instruction

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
