Elementary Teacher Position – St. Patrick Catholic School
St. Patrick Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our Catholic school community. Our mission is to form the whole person through faith, academic excellence, and virtue. The ideal candidate is committed to Catholic education and passionate about guiding students to grow both intellectually and spiritually within a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
We are seeking a bilingual teacher who is able to teach some core subjects in both Spanish and English, helping students strengthen their academic skills while supporting language development.
The Elementary Teacher will foster a classroom environment rooted in Catholic values while encouraging students to develop strong character, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong love of learning. This educator will collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to support the development of the whole child and actively contribute to the faith life and mission of the school.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and meaningful lessons that promote academic excellence and encourage curiosity, reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Teach selected core subjects in both Spanish and English to support bilingual learning.
- Integrate Catholic teachings, values, and traditions into daily instruction and classroom life.
- Create a respectful, faith-centered classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
- Support students’ spiritual formation by modeling Christian values and serving as a positive Catholic role model.
- Assess and monitor student progress to support continuous growth and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and strengthen the school community.
- Participate in the spiritual and community life of the school, including school Masses, prayer services, and other faith-based activities.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Teaching Credentials preferred
- Professional growth required
- Experience preferred
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
