Description
About St. Anthony Parish and School
“St. Anthony is a place of intentional listening where all are heard and accompanied—a spiritual home where all people can experience the love and healing of Jesus Christ. We rejoice in our parish’s immigrant diversity, which strengthens our desire to see Christ in all people. We strive to elevate the voices of the young and the marginalized.”
As a ministry of St. Anthony Parish, our school is deeply aligned with the parish’s mission and serves the parish community, as well as the broader San Gabriel Valley community, in its ethnic and socioeconomic diversity. The Principal oversees the day-to-day operations of the school and works with staff and families in a spirit of synodality—fostering a culture of prayer, listening, collaboration, and shared leadership where every voice is valued. The Principal, as primary administrator, works in alignment with the vision of the parish, the direction of the Pastor, and the mission of the Catholic Church.
Founded by the Sisters of the Holy Names in 1948, our Preschool–8th Grade school currently serves 190 students with 18 faculty and staff members. St. Anthony is blessed with a multi-generational community—many students are second- or third-generation attendees, and several teachers and staff are proud alumni. Our beautiful campus has undergone two extensive renovations by the Shea Foundation, including a new sports field and STEAM lab.
