JOB SUMMARY:
Louisville High School, a Catholic, college-preparatory school for young women, seeks a mission-driven Educational Technology & Innovation Coordinator to advance innovative teaching and learning and empower students to thrive in a dynamic world. This role partners with faculty to integrate technology and design-based learning, leads our Innovation Lab, and coaches a growing robotics program—empowering young women to develop confidence, creativity, and leadership in STEM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support faculty in integrating technology, AI, and project-based learning
  • Lead the Innovation Lab and hands-on STEM experiences
  • Coach and grow the robotics team
  • Promote ethical, responsible use of technology
  • Support school systems and data tools

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in educational technology, STEM, or related field
  • Collaborative, student-centered approach
  • Commitment to Catholic education and the formation of young women

The anticipated annual salary range that the school reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000, depending on qualifications such as experience or education.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
