Description
OLP is a small PS through 8th grade school that prides itself on nurturing a family atmosphere where we partner with parents and the parish to nurture a genuine safe place where students can thrive academically, spiritually, and emotionally. In addition to a strong academic program, we have a flourishing sports and music program. Our vision is to grow intelligent minds, compassionate hearts and and courageous voices where students learn to live and lead with integrity and faith; committed to actively improving the world.
Requirements
- BA degree (preferably in an educational area)
- Teaching Certification
- At least three years of teaching experience at the intermediate level
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
- Not required but encouraged: Spanish speaking, experience working in a diversely represented community, M. Ed degree, some leadership in the areas of STEP, STEAM, digital learning tools, and being a practicing Catholic.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
