Louisville High School seeks a dynamic and mission-driven leader to serve as our Assistant Principal for Student Experience & Engagement. This role is central to shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and faith-filled student experience, overseeing student leadership, activities, and signature school programs.
The Assistant Principal will also lead the school’s FOCUS Program, a distinctive college and career exploration initiative that provides students with real-world experiences, professional mentorship, and opportunities to explore future pathways. In addition, this role oversees the Christian Service Program, ensuring that service is both meaningfully organized and deeply integrated into students’ sense of purpose, faith, and post-secondary aspirations.
Working closely with the Principal, Assistant Principal for Academics & Student Services, Athletic Director, Director of Counseling, and Campus Minister, this position plays a key role in aligning student engagement, service, and future readiness within a cohesive and transformative high school experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead student life, leadership development, and co-curricular programming
- Oversee major student events, traditions, and school-wide experiences
- Direct the FOCUS Program, including career exploration, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities
- Manage and elevate the Christian Service Program, including partnerships, logistics, and student formation
- Foster a culture of engagement, belonging, and purpose across the student body
- Collaborate closely with school leadership to support the whole student experience
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Experience in student life, leadership, or school administration
- Strong organizational, relational, and collaborative leadership skills
- Commitment to Catholic education and the formation of young women
The anticipated annual salary range that the school reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $90,000 – $120,000 depending on qualifications such as experience or education.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
