Description
Experience: Coaching Flag Football is preferred but not required. A working knowledge or ability to learn the rules, strategy, field dimensions, and coaching techniques is essential. Scorekeeping and/or game officiating abilities are also a plus.
Requirements
Duties:
- Teach flag football to high school girls.
- Prepare and implement sequential lesson plans for practices.
- Assist with evaluations and drafts for JV/V teams, sport evaluations, and scheduling games and practices.
- Scorekeeping and officiating as needed.
- Prepare fields for games and assist with uniform distribution.
- Provide custodial care of equipment and supplies associated with the sports program.
- Interact professionally with parents and participants.
- Assist in the organization, implementation, and supervision of the Flag Football program under the direction of the Head Coach.
- Complete any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach.
Schedule:
After-school hours, Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In-person
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
