Description
Our Lady of Mount Carmel School seeks a vibrant, faith-filled 5th teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Applicant should be driven, willing to collaborate effectively with grade level team members, possess strong classroom management skills, and take initiative. Instructor will implement engaging lessons and monitor student progress for all core subjects including English language arts, math, religion, social studies, and science. The ideal candidate must be a team player, willing to positively contribute to the community life of the school, and be a good Catholic role model.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CA Teaching Credential or out of state equivalent
- Be a practicing Catholic
- Two or more years of teaching experience preferred
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
